Shipping and returns

Shipping

We'll ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout once pre-orders open.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@emqo.com.au with your order details and a photo, and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. Our change-of-mind returns policy will be published here before pre-orders open.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. That's all.

How we use it

Only to tell you about EMQO: when the first batch is ready, when pre-orders open, and occasional news about the range. We'll never sell or rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and may be held by the email service we use to send updates. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. This site also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics

We use Umami Analytics to count visits and clicks, such as which kit people choose. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal information, and doesn't follow you across other websites.

Unsubscribing, access and deletion

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@emqo.com.au at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. It also doesn't reserve stock or lock in a price.

Product details

The kit contents, price and first-batch timing shown on this site are our current plans and may change before pre-orders open. Final details will be confirmed before you're asked to pay anything.
